GEERT'S ARTWORK
In The Netherlands we work closely with a number of ceramists, amongst them Geert Kunen. This artist has been creating ceramic artefacts for over 40 years and has a peerless expertise of this material.
He moulds his urns by hand from premium-quality clay and, during firing, he applies a layer of liquid bronze which bonds to the ceramic substrate.
UNMISTAKEABLE
The exclusive details and elaborate symbolism mean that Geert’s creations are not immediately identifiable as urns, but rather as pieces of art.
The contemporary shapes and unique bronze colour make each of Geert’s urns a work of art which complements any kind of interior décor, whilst at the same time being a expressive memento.
TRADITIONS
Geert Kunen always works with clay and models each work of art with the two hands God has given him. Clay is chosen to let the ashes rest in the matter from which man once originated, namely clay.
The cinerary urns are of high quality and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Because all urns are made by hand, differences can occur in color, model or size.
