Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order swiftly and securely. Our standard shipping service is a 2-day delivery via DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the item and destination.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Made-to-Order & Personalised Items: For bespoke or personalised products, dispatch times may vary. These will be clearly stated on the individual product listing.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Personalised Orders

For any item that includes personalisation:

  • We will always send a proof for your approval before production begins.

  • Production will only commence once we receive your confirmation, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

Standard Items
  • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke & Personalised Items
  • Due to their custom nature, bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • If your personalised item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at sales@everembraced.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return address.
