OUR OWNER & FOUNDRY
Our tin foundry is in the hands of Gert-Jan de Geest. His grandfather had his own tin foundry where Gert-Jan could be found from the moment he could walk. The love for the traditional craft of pewter casting was instilled in him from an early age.
In 1978 we started our own tin foundry. In that period, the emphasis was on making traditional pewter products. Over the years, we have managed to add our own vision of the possibilities with tin. This has given our current collection of pewter products its own look and ensured that the pewter products we make are completely contemporary.
OUR TEAM
Today, the tin foundry runs on a team of very enthusiastic, reliable and skilled employees. Together we form a team that has guaranteed originality and professionalism for decades.
We are proud that we are one of the few traditional tin foundries in the Netherlands that can still support our customers on a daily basis with original, beautiful and high-quality pewter products.
UNIQUE ITEMS
The unique thing about our tin foundry is that in addition to producing pewter (utilitarian) objects, we have a number of artists at our disposal.
You will find a standard collection with us, but you can also contact us for a unique design. In this way, we can translate the love that a number of our employees have for visual art into our pewter products. Our CAD draftsman ensures that your ideas can actually be realised.
